Nice to meet you, I'm Shio Ikebe, a new employee.
I joined the company as a web director in April of this year, but due to the impact of COVID-19, I have been working from home since my first day at work.
In this article, I would like to share with you what and how I, a new graduate with no experience in the web industry, have learned over the past two months in a work-from-home environment.
What is a Web Director?
The reason why I joined the company without any experience in the first place was because I was attracted to our company's philosophy of prioritizing people's happiness.
In order to provide high-quality products denmark b2b leads without compromise, we learn things we don't know and try things we've never done before.
In pursuing this kind of attitude, I felt that having experience or not was not a big barrier.

Starting from zero, I asked myself, "What is a web director?"
It's easy to imagine jobs such as designer or engineer, but many people probably don't know what the role of director is.
I was in a similar situation and started out with a vague idea of being in a position to connect clients and companies.
Despite all this, over the past two months, I have been carefully taught step by step by senior web directors and others at work through video calls and chats, and as I have completed the tasks given to me, my image of what a web director should be has gradually begun to take shape.
I have noticed two main things:
①A web director is the "conductor" when creating a website.
A conductor who doesn't play an instrument in an orchestra but understands each instrument and brings the whole together is similar to a web director who needs knowledge of design and coding even if he doesn't use his hands. I think it's important to be
aware of your role as a "person in charge" and to have an attitude of learning widely.
②Excellent web directors have a lot of "resources"
The web industry is in a state of flux, with new information and tools being created every day.
By continuing to learn and staying up to date with trends, you can expand your "arsenal" and become a web director who can provide optimal solutions to clients' problems and offer something extra.
