Choosing a page to embed Formidable Forms

For this exercise, we will choose “Select Existing Page”.

Next, another pop-up prompt will appear.

Here you will need to open the drop-down menu and choose a page. For example, we have chosen to embed the senegal telemarketing data form in the 'Home' page of our demo site.

After choosing the page, click on the “Insert Form” button.

The page block editor will open and you will see that the module is already embedded in the page.

Now you are ready to refresh the page.

Proceed with the “Save” button.
