Our mission has always been to offer a ready-to-use platform that makes it easy for any marketing manager to activate contests and engagement activities of various kinds, in just a few clicks and in a few days.
The meeting with Advice made us part of a larger project by completing a process: from the initial qualified engagement, to a loyalty and retention path based on behavioral parameters. Which manager wouldn't want to know their customers or potential customers better, towards whom they must build specific engagement and relationship strategies aimed at strengthening purchases and the relationship?
This discussion today more than yesterday, after incredibly complicated years and with an ongoing recession, is more important than ever. Every user, every customer, is a person and has a value as such that must be known and recognized .
These are not just fashion statements for us, but rather values that we also apply internally , to involve and engage all the professionals who work every day to guarantee you quality services and products. This year, we introduced short Fridays and Company lunches, lunches in the office offered by the company, which are added to the full smart working at will, corporate welfare and a benefits platform. Objective: to give value, in exchange for value .
But the change is not only internal. Those who have been following us for years have seen that we have also changed things on this blog. As we told you when the first MMR came out , we want to offer you more value. Less news but more in-depth. We really want to say that “less is more” in this case.
