We increase visibility, automate sales
Our task was to develop a functional online store that would solve the following issues for the customer, who had previously only worked on social networks :

Attracting customers and expanding sales geography;
Increased trust. Having your own website with detailed chinese overseas british data information about products, delivery conditions and warranty increases loyalty to the company. This is especially important for sales of original equipment, where the issue of trust in the seller is of great importance;
Marketing. An online store opens access to tools such as SEO, contextual advertising, email marketing. All of them can significantly increase the visibility of the business, attract more customers;
Automation of the sales process. The site allows you to automate the processes of ordering, payment and delivery, which reduces the workload of personnel and reduces the likelihood of errors due to the human factor.
Considering the large number of competitors on the market - restore:, iPort, etc. - we needed to differentiate ourselves from similar projects in terms of visuals and develop a website for users who are accustomed to a high level of comfort when buying devices.
Solution
As part of the project, our team:

Developed an online store in Python.
Completed full integration with RetailCRM.
Completed full integration with the warehouse accounting system MoySklad.
Integrated the acquiring system and connected delivery.

At the start of the project, we met the client, conducted an interview, studied his request, analyzed the tasks. Then we started the research - we looked at what competitors in the market were doing, what the current trends were in online stores selling computer equipment and accessories, and tracked user behavior patterns on such sites.
