As a next step after implementing the SAP system, Malaysia Airlines needed a solution that would automate the process of receiving invoices from its suppliers. With around 28,000 invoices per month benin email address and an annual increase of 5% in this volume, the primary objective was to reduce operating costs, improve efficiency and visibility of the process, and eliminate payment delays.
The airline's solution needed to meet a number of requirements, including the ability to support the global growth of its billing needs and the ability to seamlessly integrate with its future plans to establish a shared services centre . Familiar with Esker's flexible workflow capabilities and its cloud and on-premise deployments , Malaysian Airlines has signed a five-year contract and will begin implementing Esker's solution immediately, with the expectation that it will be up and running by mid-2013.
